Suncoast Wedding & Event Leaders, or SWEL, is an industry collective helping strengthen businesses through top quality networking events, stellar education and increasing referral streams through verifiability and visibility.
We are NOW located in Sarasota, Manatee, Hillsborough and Pinellas counties.
Members of SWEL are more than just vendors buying tickets to incredible events. They are visionaries, innovators and creators making fantastic experiences for their clients. SWEL members are building their businesses while simultaneously building a community. They are staying on top of trends, growing their networks, and continually updating their best practices in an ever-changing industry.
Our members do more than trade business cards. They trade knowledge while developing relationships that transcend event day. And mostly, they are leaders.
Membership includes:
Admission for 2 employees to a monthly event, taking place the second week of the month in Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg and occasionally Tampa. 10 events per year.

16-Month Membership $589 ($149 due at signing for September - December 2025 and $440 due November 1, 2025 for 2026 membership). Sales start August 13th. 2025.
2026 Membership
New Member $475
Returning Member $440 (or two payments of $225 for qualifying members)
All memberships run through the end of the calendar year.
Memberships fees can be paid annually or in two installment payments. Installment payments are only available for returning members who employ 5 or less people (both full and part-time including owners).
All annual fees must be paid by January 14th, 2026. Returning members splitting payments are due November 1st, 2025 and January 14th, 2026. Returning Members must renew by November 1, 2025 to receive returning member pricing. A $20 late fee will be assessed for any payments made after January 14, 2026.
Ask about pro-rated rates throughout the year!
When the membership is not full, we may take on members throughout the year at a pro-rated rate. Members joining after January, who are paying a prorated rate, will not be featured in the annual printed wedding guide.

GUIDE: The 76-page guide features articles, styled shoots, real weddings and a listing of all our members. 7500+ copies will be distributed at wedding shows, jewelry stores, bridal salons, venues and many other wedding and event storefronts. An online version is also available.
ALL members will be listed in the guide at no additional cost.
